Harvest Roaring Fork was founded by Chef Alex Karlinski, a longtime Aspen local with a lifelong love for fresh, seasonal food and the gatherings that bring people together.
Before launching Harvest Roaring Fork, Alex spent four years at Apricot Lane Farms, where she immersed herself in the rhythms of true farm-to-table cooking — harvesting ingredients at their peak, cooking from scratch, and letting ingredients shine.
